Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspolive oil
  2. 1carrot, peeled and chopped
  3. 1/4cabage, shredded
  4. 1 candiced tomato
  5. 8 cupham stock
  6. 1/2onion
  7. 3 tbspketchup
  8. 1 dashfranks hot sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil a bone in ham shoulder for 30 min then use the water as ham stock.

    Saute onion and carrot in oil for 5 min

  3. 3

    Blend tomatoes (optional) then add along with cabbage, frank's hot sauce and ketchup. Bring to a boil then simmer for an hour.

    (Optional) Add chunks of ham during cooking. Serve when cabbage has softened completely
