Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsboiled matki (brown sprouts)
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 1 tbsp chilli garlic paste
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1 tsp oil
  6. For Rasa (gravy)
  7. 1chopped onions
  8. 2tomatoes puree
  9. 2 tbsp chilli garlic paste
  10. 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  11. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1 tbsp ghoda.masala
  13. as per tasteSalt
  14. 1 tbsp kanda lasoon masala
  15. 3 tbsp oil
  16. 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  17. 3 cupswater
  18. As requiredFarsan for tempering
  19. 1lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil than add chilli garlic paste saye it than add onions cook until soft..now add matki and salt..cook for 10 mins on slow flame

    For Rasa..heat up oil in kadai now add Cummin seeds chilli garlic paste and onion acd cook until reddish brown..now add all spices and add tomato puree and cook for 5minutes...now in tadke waali kadai add oil than add rec chilli powder..and pour it into gravy

    As it is cooked than add water to make little flowing consistency for gravy/ rasa

    While serving inplate first add dry matki than add gravy or rasa than add farsan chopped onions and lemon juice

  5. 5

    Serve it with pav and some pakore or bhajiya and enjoy misal pav
