I wanted to make easy crispy cookies.
I took tips from various recipes, and I arranged the ingredients a little bit.

Since this is a basic cookie dough, it's easy to alter it.

You will see small bits of butter floating during Step 3, but mix the mixture until they disappear.
Using a whisk to ease the job.
Enjoy altering the recipe by adding chocolate chips, cocoa, etc. Recipe by Dakkusuchokochan

Ingredients

40 servings
  1. 2 tbspMilk or beaten eggs (Milk makes the cookies white, and milky!)
  2. 35 gramsUnsalted margarine or unsalted butter
  3. 3 tbspSugar
  4. 120 gramsWhite flour
  5. 2drops Vanilla extract (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Microwave the butter for about 10 seconds, and mix with spatula by mashing. If you bring the butter to room temperature, you don't need to microwave.

  2. 2

Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.

  3. 3

Add a beaten eggs or milk, and mix well until the mixture is smooth and no longer lumpy as illustrated in the picture. I recommend using a whisk.

  4. 4

Add flour, mix, and roll into a ball. Using a spatula works better.

  5. 5

Place the dough on top of plastic wrap or on the work surface with flour. Roll out with a rolling pin into 2 ~ 3 mm.

  6. 6

Cut out shapes with your favorite cookie cutters.

  7. 7

Lay on parchment paper over a baking sheet. You only see one baking sheet in the picture, but you will make 2 baking sheets worth of cookies.

  8. 8

Bake in the oven at 180℃ / 355℉ for about 17 ~ 19 minutes. You don't need to preheat the oven. If the dough is thin, 17-minute baking time will be perfect. Please be careful not to burn them.

  9. 9

    Done. (

  10. 10

It's also delicious with chocolate chips, black tea leaves, matcha, or almonds!
