Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cups(*180ml cup) Short / Medium Grain Rice
  2. 360 mlChicken Stock
  3. 1-2 teaspoonsSoy Sauce
  4. 1 tablespoon (15 g)Butter *cut into small cubes
  5. 1 tablespoonCurry Powder
  6. 1/2Onion *finely chopped
  7. 1Tomato *cut into small pieces
  8. 1 can (95 g)Tuna *drained, I used Tuna in Springwater
  9. 1/2 cupFrozen Peas *thawed
  10. Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Rice, drain the water, and place into the rice cooker’s inner pot.

    Add Chicken Stock and Soy Sauce, and stir. Add Butter and sprinkle with Curry Powder. Then scatter Onion, Tomato and coarsely flaked Tuna. DO NOT stir.

    Press ‘COOK’ button to start cooking. When the rice is cooked, add Peas, and let it steamed for 10 minutes. Then mix gently. Add extra Salt & Pepper if required.
