Tuna Katsu(cutlet) Curry Tuna Katsu(cutlet) Curry
Obviously the curry is originally an Indian dish. But since it's brought to Japan in 19th century via UK, had supported enthusiastically by all Japanese and uniquely localized. Now they've invented "Katsu Curry" and exported to the world.. interesting. As curry is one of the most popular dish in Japan today, everyone has its own recipe maybe. This my recipe is light, and less fat version. (of course you can simply buy "Japanese curry mix" and just follow its instruction if you want to know standard:)#eikoskitchen Eiko -

Easy & Delicious! Aubergine and Minced Meat Curry Easy & Delicious! Aubergine and Minced Meat Curry
I made this dish because I wanted to use aubergines . With minced meat, you can taste meat in every bite. . I love curry with minced meat and aubergines, so I make this often.I haven't put other vegetables in the ingredients, but use whatever you like, such as carrots and peppers .Adding a little milk makes the curry milder .Adding a little soy sauce makes the curry richer .If you fry the aubergines and make the curry all in the same pan, you will have less washing up . For 2~3 servings. Recipe by classy cookpad.japan -

Mackerel Takikomi Gohan Mackerel Takikomi Gohan
Mackerel rice is a nutritious yet easy-to-make dish, perfect for busy days. You only need to add the ingredients to the rice cooker, and it's ready with just a 5-minute prep time. Using canned mackerel eliminates the need for dealing with bones, while still providing a good source of DHA, EPA, and protein. Mixing the fish into the rice makes it less smelly, so even kids who aren't fond of fish can enjoy it. Topping it with green onions and sesame seeds adds extra flavor and visual appeal! #japanesefood #CA2025 Yuki Ohtani -

Sooo tasty. Literally ate a huge portion of it myself. Really good recipe you can add whatever veggies you enjoy, like cauliflower or broccoli, or even chickpeas, etc., anything you like. Just add a little more vegetable broth. The yogurt is key too! Adds a nice light taste to the heavy sauce and spices. Jenny -

Moes Bizzar Curry Moes Bizzar Curry
I started this as a chicken curry, then I added apple sauce, mango chutney, can of new potatoes and then can of tomatoes and cream and it transformed into a lovely dish. The family loved it with crusty bread to dip. You could taste all flavours and you got a little kick at the back of your throat from the curry but not enough that it overtook the other ingredients. Really was yummy. Its similar to my sweet curry but more taste. Lovely. Maureen 😀 -

But I need to reduce the thickness of the cream, I made some revision in this recipe, hope you like it! 😘😘😘 Yanny Widjanarko
