Take karahi, add oil in it

Blend the onions,add in the oil and cook until brown

Now add chicken. On high flame cook the chicken until it changes it colour

Once its done, take the tomatoes add cut them into two pieces

Now add the layer of tomatoes in the karahi. Cover the lid and leave for at least 8- 10 minutes on medium flame

Now open the lid.when you feel tomatoes becomes soft. Peel the tomatoes

Now mix well to make gravy

Add all the masalas at this point plus add green chillies

Leave the karahi on low flame

Cover it for 10minutes or until its done. I.e your oil comes on top

And tada your chicken karahi is ready.Now garnish it with ginger and green chillies on top
