In a clean bowl l, add in eggs,sugar and flvr - mix until pale and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, add in all your dry ingredients.

Add in the dry ingredients and butter into the egg mixture and mix on high speed for some seconds.

Add in the whole milk into the mixture and fold- do not over mix Please.

Clean a non-stick pan with butter, add in the batter and cook on low medium heat until bubbles appear at the top and golden at the bottom.
