Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha
  2. 2 tablespoonsgroundnuts
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 2green chillies chopped
  5. Handfulcurry patta and coriander
  6. 1/2teaspoon jeera
  7. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  8. 3 Tablespoonsoil
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 teaspoonsugar
  11. 1/2 teaspoon haldi
  12. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    At first wash poha and squeeze all the water add haldi, salt, sugar and lemon juice.

    Take oil in a kadai add groundnuts fry for 2 minutes add mustard seeds and jeera. Gradually add chopped onion and Chillies. After frying for 2 to 3 minutes add poha add chopped coriander mix well.its Done.
