Ingredients

  1. 2 piecesceltuce
  2. 50 gground pork
  3. 5 piecesgarlic minced
  4. 1 tspoyster sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Peel celtuce and wash.Cut diagonally then arrange in.a plate.

    Boil water in a steamer then steam celtuce for 12 mins.If you wamt more softer can steam longer.

    After steaming remove and set aside

  4. 4

    In a pan add oil and stir fry garlic until aromatic then add the meat and cook until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Then pour the oyster sauce that diluted with water.Simmer it until done

  6. 6

    Pour over steam celtuce then serve
