Ingredients

  1. 6red bell pepper
  2. 6Scott bonnet
  3. 6big tomatos
  4. 4onion's
  5. ice fice or small dry borno fish
  6. maggi n ginger powder
  7. oil or palm oil
  8. spinach or ugu

Cooking Instructions

    Great your bell pepper tomatos and 2 of your onion if your using ice fish wash add ginger powder salt and fry.if your using dry small borno fish use warm water,salt and potash to wash.

    In a pot add oil and slice one of your onion and stir eventually add your greàted vgs stir fry it in a low heat.

    Add seasonings n ginger powder add your fish and your leave I used ugu in dis one add 1 slice of d remaining onin, stir and fry d sauce when it's done serve with pounded yam, swallow or rice as you wish.tnc you.
