You fry this using the oil from the tuna!
Beware of oil splattering!!

Cooking Instructions

Drain the oil from the tuna. The oil from the canned tuna will be used to cook the bean sprouts, so drain it into a small dish.

Put the oil from the canned tuna in a frying pan and cook the garlic without burning it. Be careful of spattering.

Add the bean sprouts and tuna, and cook on high heat. Flavor with the * ingredients and it's all done!!
