My mother in law’s granola 💗
This is so easy and oh so delicious. I will never buy granola again ☺️
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Melt coconut oil and honey and mix, set aside. Turn oven on 180 on fan.
- 2
In the kitchen chef or with a hand stand mixer mix well the egg whites until stiff
- 3
Place all your dry seeds (not the fruits) in a bowl and mix well.
- 4
In a pan, I made two batches, add the seed and oat mix. Once the eggs are ready and stiff add slowly half of the honey and coconut mix and blend with a spatula. Keeps the other half.
- 5
Add the white mix on your pan and mix with the granola
- 6
Now cook for 30 min. Half way, add the rest of the honey coconut melted mix. Mix with the spatula and cook for another 15 min.
- 7
Your house will smell delicious! Now add the goji, raisins and cranberries. Mix well and let cool. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy 😉

My daughter’s been asking me to make some homemade granola. We all know how pricey it is at the store, homemade granola is So simple, and it smells amazing. so here’s how I make it at home. I mixed rolled oats, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, a pinch of salt, cinnamon, melted coconut oil, honey ,vanilla, Spread it on a baking sheet, press it down a little, and bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Let it cool completely stirred in some dried cranberries. Give it a good mix! That’s it! Enjoy! Dandanyummyfood -

Cranberry Almond Granola Cranberry Almond Granola
For my usual breakfasts, I rotate between smoothies, oatmeal and granola. I don't like to buy pre-packaged granola though and this is my latest variation. It's sweet (but not too sweet) and slightly tart. Any dried fruit can be substituted for the dried cranberries, I'm just a big fan of the cranberries. Christina -

Granola (Apple Spice) Granola (Apple Spice)
I really enjoy granola for breakfast or sometimes as a snack. I don't always trust that commercial granola is low sugar or full of preservatives. I wanted to try putting together one I thought would taste good and I know what's in it. This is low sugar. braddy -
Easy granola for healthy breakfasts Easy granola for healthy breakfasts
I have been making granola for years now (actually I just noticed I shared a recipe here almost 10 years ago when I started 😊) and by now I think I have really mastered the best possible version in terms of taste and texture. Here is the recipe I usually stick to these days, although of course if you have other nuts or seeds or dried fruit you can just throw them in and mix and match until you create the taste that best suits you. I have put the measurements I more or less follow but again, you can add more or less of anything. I have been on a bit of a get fitter and healthier streak for the past year, and I know lots of people say you should stick to protein-heavy breakfasts at my age. But I believe in the power of listening to your body and getting maximum enjoyment from meals, and in the mornings mine says "Sweet and healthy please 😋", so I usually have a portion of this granola with kefir or yoghurt and some fresh seasonal fruit and that helps me to kick off the day with both high energy and great enjoyment.
