Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbeans blended together
  2. Water,
  3. Pomo,
  4. shaki,
  5. beef,
  6. fish or crayfish
  7. Ugu leaves shredded
  8. Palm oil,
  9. salt,
  10. seasoning cube,
  11. fresh pepper
  12. onions

Cooking Instructions

    Par-boil the beef, sharki and pomo with onion, salt and seasoning until cooked

  2. 2

    Sieve out the meat and others pour in a pot then place on the fire

  3. 3

    Add palm oil and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes

  4. 4

    Then add the crayfish and pounded fresh pepper. cover to boil for 4 minutes

  5. 5

    Then add the parboiled meat, fish,sharki and pomo

  6. 6

    Pour in the shredded ugu leaves cover for some minutes and add your grounded beans gradually and stir

  7. 7

    Cover the mixture and allow it to heat for some minutes
