  1. Frozen peas
  2. Grape tomatoes
  3. Pre made Quiona or Brown Rice
  4. 2-3 poundsfresh cod(Costco is my source)
  5. 2lemons
  6. 1orange
  7. Pinchflour
  8. 2 tbspolive oil- I used blood orange
  9. 4 tbspbutter
  10. Seasoning- I love penzy spices revolution.. orange, coriander, turmeric, pepper,
  11. Sea salt and black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Get your sauté pan ready w 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp olive oil on med heat

    Prep fish.. add seasonings sprinkle and add salt and pepper in addition.

    Squeeze fresh lemon juice and orange juice in a bowl. Set aside

    Add pinch of flour to sauté pan, whisk..

  5. 5

    Add fish non seasoned side down, and grape tomatoes. Pour juice around fish, add additional 2 tbsp butter and 2-3 sliced lemons. Sauté on med high for 5-8 minutes… sauce should come to a simmer.. turn down to low after 5 minutes.,

    Cool peas and rice.. I use re cooked quinoa for this it makes for a quick healthy dinner!!
