Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Ingredients for fish:
  2. 4cod fillets defrosted
  3. 1 Tablespoonbutter melted
  4. 1 teaspoonpaprika
  5. 1/2 teaspoonchili powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
  7. 1/4 teaspooncumin
  8. 1/4 teaspoonsalt or to taste
  9. 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper or to taste
  10. 1/8 teaspooncayenne pepper or to taste
  11. Other ingredients:
  12. 1 1/2 Tablespoonbutter melted
  13. Juice of 2 Limes
  14. 1 teaspoondried parsley flakes

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients for fish and set aside.

    Line the fryer basket with grill mat or a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil.

    Pat dry the fillets with a paper towel and place them in the fryer basket. Brush melted butter onto the fillets then sprinkle the dried seasoning over the fish. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature exceeds 130F (54C).

    In the meantime, combine the melted butter, lime juice and parsley flakes in a small microwavable bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds. Alternatively, this step can be done stove top as well.

    When the air frying is done, drizzle the lime butter mixture over fish to serve.

I just got my air fryer recent & I love it. I am unsure about the copper mat insert, should I just cut one of my grilling mats to the size of my air basket?
