Cooking Instructions

Assembly your ingredients in one place to ease your work, wash and grate the peppers, scotch bonnet and onion.

Place your non-stick pot on medium heat, put veg. oil until hot add in the grated red pepper, scotch bonnet and onion, stir fry for 2minutes add water and seasonings and spices cover and allow to boil.

When it boils add in the cous cous, add curry powder then stir, cover and allow to cook for 5minutes.

Done, serve and enjoy 😋😋

An old friend of mine used to make compilations of ska punk cover versions, called Spatchcock (vol.1, 2 etc.). I hope that this meal lives up to the genius that is I Fell Asleep on My Arm by the Aquabats.The chicken is simple but full of flavour.
