Ingredients

  1. 1 poundJimmy Dean Sage Sausage
  2. 1 poundItalian sausage
  3. 1large yellow onion, diced
  4. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  5. 2 cupsheavy whipping cream
  6. 1 1/2 cupswater
  7. 2russet potatoes, peeled, cubed
  8. 1 cansweet corn
  9. 1 cancreamed corn
  10. 1 Tbspparsley flakes
  11. 1 TbspMexican oregano
  12. 2 tspKosher salt
  13. 2 tspground white pepper

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    In a large stock pot, brown sausage, don't overcook!

    Add diced onion and sauté until translucent

  3. 3

    Add parsley, Mexican oregano and garlic, mix well into meat and onion

  4. 4

    Add water and potatoes, let simmer on medium heat until potatoes are soft

  5. 5

    Add corn, creamed corn and heavy cream, continue simmering on medium heat until well mixed and color is consistent, do not boil!

    Add kosher salt and white pepper, stir in and serve hot!
