I have had this stock fish flesh in the fridge for up to 6 months now and i keep skipping it each time i needed to use stock fish. But for this old meets new challenge it’s operation use them up 😁 #omn

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbeans
  2. 500 gramsstockfish flesh
  3. 10 piecesscotch bonnet peppers
  4. 1medium sized onion
  5. Seasoning
  6. Salt
  7. 3cooking spoons Palm oil
  8. 3table spoons Blended Crayfish
  9. 2table spoons Blended prawns

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    I made use of pressure pot to make the beans cook faster

  2. 2

    Cook the beans for 5 minutes then pour out the water and rinse the beans

  3. 3

    Pour the beans back in the pot and add the washed stock fish flesh

  4. 4

    Add the sliced peppers

  5. 5

    In a separate pot fry the sliced onions in the palm oil for like 4 minutes on medium heat

  6. 6

    Then pour the content into the beans

  7. 7

    Add seasoning and salt

  8. 8

    Cover it to cook until almost soft

  9. 9

    Then add the crayfish and prawns

  10. 10

    Stir and cook for 5 minutes

  11. 11

    Enjoy!
