I made a creamy stew version of chicken simmered in a creamy tomato sauce.I recommend using baking or russet potatoes because they don't fall apart easily.Soak the potatoes in water after peeling.Don't add the garlic when you're simmering. Cook the stew with a lid over low heat. Recipe by KaoRi

Tomato Stew with Pork Filet and Beans
I had pork filet that I bought on sale, so I made this. Usually I make 'filet cutlets,' but it's delicious simmered as I did this time. I'm thinking of using it in a curry flavored stew next time.Coat the filets with flour and pan fry until crispy and golden brown. Use the fat that comes out of the meat to cook it. Make sure to drain excess oil and fat with paper towels after the meat is pan fried. For 4 servings. Recipe by Koba

Instant Pot Beef Stew
Mina loves beef stew in the winter because it makes her think of her native chorba. I love Mina all the time because she is the love of my life. This is the simplest version of an instant pot beef stew I could come up with. Honestly the hominy is the only “interesting” part. But this dish isn’t trying to be interesting. It is trying to be warm, filling, and easy to cook.¡Buen Provecho!SK

DOC Chicken Stew
I got the inspiration for this while at the academy for the Illinois Department of Corrections. We ate prison food, but one dish was particularly enjoyable. They made this sort of... well, chicken stew. I don't know what else to call it. It was DELICIOUS! So I decided to make it myself. With some improvements of course 😁

Beef Stew
It’s funny... I made some chili last week. As I was thinking in my head, “What the hell goes in chili”? I started saying, “Wait, no. This is sounding like a beef stew”. So... I decided to make a beef stew now. It’s cold now and these dishes warm the soul. I never appreciated beef stew when I was younger. But I realize how fine of a dish it is in my older age haha.

Cream Stew without Roux
My family doesn't like how the roux in cream stew leaves an oily feeling on your tongue, so we always make stew without roux. I make this stew with lots of leftover vegetables, and I put all kinds of vegetables in it.This time, I added broccoli stems, but you could also add cabbage cores or soy beans. The kabocha squash will dissolve a little and color the soup yellow. For adults, add black pepper to make it spicy and delicious. Recipe by Nikonikopu-san

Chicken & Tomato Stew from Vegetable Soup
I made this recipe variation after I got a craving for tomatoes. I got the idea of making this soup after someone made a soup from a stew we had the night before whilst I was travelling.I'm using breast meat, but thigh meat is much juicier. If you want to make this recipe a bit healthier, then omit the flour. The vegetables in this soup have already been blended so if you want to give your stew a bit of texture, feel free to add any vegetables you find in your freezer. If the aroma isn't too strong for you, feel free to keep the garlic in. Recipe by Garumeri
