I bought a ton of Chinese chives♪.

Make sure not to overcook the eggs and Chinese chives~. Cook them up quickly over high heat.

Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchChinese chives
  2. 2Eggs
  3. 200 ml●Water
  4. 2 tbsp●Soy sauce
  5. 3 tbsp●Mirin
  6. 1 tbsp●Oyster sauce
  7. 1/2 tbspVinegar
  8. 1 pieceGrated ginger
  9. 1Katakuriko slurry
  10. 1 tbspSesame oil
  11. 1 dashSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Put water and the ● flavoring ingredients into a pot, and turn on the heat. After bringing it to a boil, thicken with water-dissolved katakuriko. Add in the vinegar and ginger last.

    Heat a pan, and pour sesame oil (1/2 tablespoon). Pour the eggs after it has warmed, and take the eggs out once they're cooked halfway through.

  3. 3

    Heat the remaining sesame oil, saute the Chinese chives, return the eggs from Step 2 to the pan, quickly fry, arrange on a plate, and cover with ankake sauce.
