Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsfresh or frozen whole cranberries
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1 cupwhite granulated sugar
  4. Zest and juice of 1 orange
  5. 2 dashesground cloves
  6. 2 dashesground nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all in a pan on the stove.

    Cook on medium high heat while stirring.

    Bring the mixture to a boil, while stirring gently.

  4. 4

    Cook for about 5 minutes or until the cranberries are mostly popped and softened and the mixture starts to thicken.

    If it’s getting too thick, add a little more water. It will continue to thicken as it cools.

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and serve hot or cold.
