  1. 1 tbspoil
  2. 1large onion finely sliced
  3. 1 tspgarlic paste
  4. 500 gbeef steak mince
  5. 200 gstewing beef
  6. 2 tbspschilli powder
  7. 2 tbspsground paprika
  8. 2tsps of ground cumin
  9. 2tsps of ground coriander
  10. 1 tsporegano
  11. 1 tspground cinnamon
  12. 400 gtinned tomatoes
  13. 1 canNon Alcoholic Guinness
  14. Sour cream
  15. Cooked Rice
  16. Capers

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
    Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion starts to go translucent.
    Add the garlic and cook for 5 more minutes.

    Add the minced beef and stewing beef to the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is no longer pink,
    Stir the chilli powder, paprika, cumin, coriander, oregano, and cinnamon, into the pot.
    Add the tomatoes and Guinness and stir together well.
    Then transfer to a slow cooker for up to four hours

    Serve on a warm plate with some rice, capers and a good dollop of sour cream on top.
