Broccolini and Egg Dressed in Tuna-Mayonnaise

We often eat broccolini with mayonnaise, but adding a boiled egg made this a big hit. When we're out of broccolini, we use broccoli.
This recipe is also delicious if you substitute broccoli for broccolini.
Be careful not to overcook the broccolini.
Adjust the amount of mayonnaise or mustard to suit your tastes. For 2 servings. Recipe by rose12
