Egusi bitterleaf soup

Cooking Instructions

Wash the beef.stock fish together.

Add water little salt.2cube maggi.slice half of d onion.boil for 10_15mins.

Wash d bitterleaf thoroughly with salt to remove d bitter taste.

Egusi.pepper and crayfish should be grinded dry.

Add all to d boiling beef and stock fish.slice d other half onion. Allow for 5mins.

Wash d dry fish wtn salt and hot water.Add to d soup.Allow for 3mins.

Add the thoroughly wash bitter leaf(pls wash thoroughly to remove d bitter taste. If not it will mess up d soup).

Add little salt. 2cube of maggi for taste.Allow for 4mins

It is serve with pound yam. Eba or fufu.

My friends are eating it with fufu.made from cassava
