Ingredients

  1. 2 cuprice
  2. 1 cupsabudana
  3. 1 fist urad dal
  4. 1 tspmethi powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Coconut chutney for serving sambhar for serving

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice, saboodana, urad dal and soak for 2 hours then grind it along with methi powder to smooth thick batter cover and keep it for fermentation overnight (or you can add eno and make it instantly)

    Next day add salt and mix it, grease idli mould and pour enough batter and steam for 10min.

    Once done take out cool for a while then remove idlis and serve with chutney and sambhar.
