Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. 1/2 cupchopped cabbege
  3. 1/2 cupchopped spring onion
  4. 1/2 cupchopped tomato
  5. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves
  6. 2green chilies
  7. 4/5garlic cloves
  8. 1 teaspooncumin seeds powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoontermaric powder
  10. 1 teaspoonsalt
  11. 6 teaspoonoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take moong dal wash it ang saock it at last 4 hours ot over night.

    Take all ingrediant. Chopped all.

    Rinse Moong dal add garlic cloves, cholli and grind it in mixer to make fine paste.

  4. 4

    In this paste add above chopped vegetables, cumin seeds powder, termaric and salt.Mix it well.Batter is ready.

    Take fry pan greesing oil add above batter and spread it add oil and cook for 3/4 minutes on medium flame keeping lead on it and cook on both side for each uttapam1 teaspoon of oil.

    Moong cabbege dal uttapa is ready to served.Served it with chatani or tomato sauce.
