Ingredients

  1. 6-8Butterfly Pork Chops
  2. 2-3 CansCooked Sliced Potatoes, drained
  3. 2Yellow Onions, thinly sliced
  4. 1Lg. Family Size Can Cream of Chicken Soup, undiluted
  5. 2Pkgs. Ranch Seasoning
  6. 2Tbsps. Onion Powder
  7. 2Tbsps. Garlic Powder
  8. 2tsps. Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9X13 baking dish with nonstick spray then add the pork chops. Season chops with a little bit of black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Top seasoned chops with the sliced onions. Then top with sliced potatoes. Season potatoes with a little bit of salt and black pepper. Set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl add soup, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, n 1/4 soup can full of milk. Mix everything well together then pour over covered pork chops. Make sure everything is covered in sauce.

    Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and remove foil. Check to see if chops are cooked through. If not; cook for another 10-20 minutes til chops are cooked through. If they are done then Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes then serve immediately and enjoy while hot 😋.
