    Boiled aalu ko 4 tukdo ki hisabse katiye.

    Onion ko lambi katiye..

    Garlic ginger ko bas thichna hai pise nahi.

    Tomatoes xoti xoti katiye aur chilli ko bichme se lamba katiye.

    Kadahi pura garam ho tab sarso ka oil daliye.

    Jab oil se dhuwa sa nikale tab methi dane daliye.

    Fir thicha huwa garlic ginger dalke kux second vune.

    Ab onion dalke Brown hone tak vuniye.aur chilli daliye.

    Ab tomatoes sath haldi namak dalke axi tarah pakaiye.

    Jab tomatoes pura vunjaye tab aalu aur kasuri methi dalke kux minutes dhakkar pakaiye.

    Ab ready hai fried dum aalu.aap ise jis tarah chaho khasakte ho.
