Ingredients

  1. 6 bunchesugu leaf
  2. handfulutazzi leaf
  3. 3 cupscray fish
  4. 15 piecesyellow pepper
  5. handfulunwashed bitter leaf
  6. 2bulbs big purple onions
  7. 2 cupsunshelled periwinkle
  8. goat meat
  9. cow skin
  10. 1big head of stock fish
  11. 2black smoked fish dry
  12. 20 piecessnails
  13. 2 buncheswater leaf
  14. 4 piecesfresh okra and diced
  15. 1 tspsea salt
  16. 2 bottlepalm oil
  17. Titus smoked fish
  18. 2 handfuluziza leaf

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Unshelled the snails and wash with alum

  2. 2

    Wash the goat meat and stock fish

  3. 3

    Wash all the vegetables and slice them separately including the bitter leaf

  4. 4

    Wash the periwinkle with salt and cut off the bottom and wash again

  5. 5

    Blend the yellow pepper, Cray fish and one of the onions

  6. 6

    Wash the cow skin and dice in cubes

  7. 7

    Wash the Titus smoked fish and the black smoked dry fish

  8. 8

    Wash the okra and diced in big sizes

  9. 9

    Add all the goat meat, snails, periwinkle, stock fish, cowskin and the black smoked dry fish in the pot with out adding water

    Pure the blended pepper,add salt to taste in the pot and place on heat cook for 20 minutes

    Put the red oil in another dry pot and place on heat, bleach the palm oil and add the dice onion and fry 2 minutes

  12. 12

    Pure the fried onions inside the goat meat pot and place on heat,stir and add the uziza and utazi leaf cover and cook for a minutes

    Add the other vegetables and cover

    Stir all together and your yummy vegetable soup is ready
