Ingredients

  1. Egusi(melon) not grounded
  2. Hand full of pepper
  3. 4big red bell pepper
  4. 2big onions
  5. 3 spoonfull Red oil
  6. Meat
  7. Ponmo
  8. Dried fish
  9. Oporoko (stock fish)
  10. to tasteMaggi
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the pepper the onions and the egusi together..blend it smoothly

  2. 2

    Wash your meat,ponmo, and stock fish..boil to soft..shred your dried smoked fish

  3. 3

    Clean pot set on low heat..put in ur red oil once its a bit hot pour in your blended egusi pepper..

  4. 4

    Add the boiled meat and its stock..taste in case it needs more seasoning.. Let it cook for 20min

  5. 5

    There you have ur egusi ijebu..
