  1. 150 gramsof sliced pork
  2. 1 sliceof half cucumber
  3. 1/2 tspof chopped garlic
  4. 1 tspof fermented soy bean or without
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 tspof soy sauce
  7. 2 tspof oyster sauce
  8. 1 tspof pork stock powder
  9. 1 tspof sugar
  10. 1 tbspof oil

Cooking Instructions

    In the heating pan add oil garlic fry till brown add pork fry till cook ,beat in egg keep stirring till the egg cook.

    Add cucumber and fermented soy bean string then add oyster sauce

  3. 3

    Add fish sauce, sugar, peppers and soy sauce stirring till cucumber get soft served with rice
