Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4Ripe Avacados
  2. 1/2 cupcrushed tomatoes
  3. 1/4 cupCilantro
  4. 1 smallRed Onion (minced)
  5. 2garlic cloves (minced)
  6. 2 mediumJalapeño peppers (minced)
  7. 1 tspground cumin
  8. 1 tspchili powder
  9. 2 tbsplemon or lime juice
  10. salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel and take the seed out of the avocados. Mash with a potato masher. Save 1 seed.

    Add in all other ingredients, except salt. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add salt, to taste. Add in seed (helps keep it from turning brown).

  4. 4

    Enjoy with chips, or in a taco, or burrito!!
