Ingredients

2 portions
  1. 1 cupgitheri
  2. 1/4 piececabbage
  3. 1large potato, diced
  4. 2large tomatoes, chopped
  5. 1large onion, chopped
  6. 1small ginger, crushed
  7. 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  8. 2large bananas, chopped (Allow one banana per portion)
  9. Olive oil
  10. to tasteSalt,

Cooking Instructions

    Put oil on a clean sufuria and add onions and allow to cook untill golden brown.

    Add the ginger n garlic and stir for a while.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and allow to cook for about 1 minute. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Add the potatoes, stir very well and allow to cook for 1 minute.

    Add the cabbage and stir. Allow to cook for 30 seconds.

    Add the githeri and stir. Add 1 cup of water. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.

    The food is ready to serve. Garnish with round rings of bananas.
