Ingredients

  1. 1 cupshort grain rice
  2. 11 cupwater
  3. 1salt
  4. 1 dashvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice

    Soak rice overnight in just enough water (about 1cup to cover the rice) along with a pinch of salt and a dash of vegetable oil

  3. 3

    Blend rice with blender or food processor to break down farther

  4. 4

    Pour mixture into a large pot and add 10 cups of water

  5. 5

    Bring to a rolling boil, stirring continuously

  6. 6

    Boil and stirr continuously for 45min, adding additional water as desired for consistency

  7. 7

    Can be eaten with toppings

  8. 8

    If you prefer, you can also add raw meats and vegetables then boil till all is cooked.
