Hamburger and Cabbage Hash

Just used some ingredients I had on hand and came up with this 😊

Three of my Granddaughters I watch regularly. All children have different likes and dislikes. One doesn't like sandwiches, unless it's fried bread. She doesn't even like hamburger's. So I try to make things all of them like. Here is one of them. This can be served with Heinz tomato Ketchup, barbeque sauce, or anyone of the following steak sauces, Heinz 57, A1, or HP steak sauces. You can eat it as we call it plain. Add a side of fried green beans.

I like cabbage. And hamburger meat. In the method of cooking I add the cabbage in near the end. This is because I like the cabbage to still have crunch to it. The less crunch you like the earlier you should add it.

Makes a great use for leftovers of corned beef and cabbage!

I am on a low carb diet so traditional corn beef hash has potatoes. I substituted them for cauliflower. Hope you enjoy!

I started making this for the family about 10 years ago. One of their favorites. This is a good way to use up leftover holiday ham.

We had a interesting mix of ingredients and I threw it all together to make this.

Low carb

I tend to look for this on good breakfast menus when I know it’s not prepared from a can. There’s just no substitute for the real - deal. After a traditional "Irish" meal of corned beef, I use the leftovers (see my recipe) for the next day's breakfast (or dinner). Traditionally it's topped with an egg either poached or fried.

easy and quick....

Its delicious. Its a family recipe and I thought I should share it. A taco with raisins is unordinary but totally worth it.

This is easy but takes a little more time than most. Best for breakfast!!

I received lots of spring cabbage, so I added them to hamburgers!Make sure to drain out the water from the spring cabbage very well. Finely chop the onions and add them raw. When the hamburgers have finished cooking, it's fine if there's a lot of leftover water. Recipe by yukicyama

This is one of my mother in laws recipes. this is what they call it and it’s been passed down through many generations of her family here in central Florida. It’s the easiest and heartiest of meals. When we don’t know what we want, we have this. It’s so good with peas and cornbread. It’s nothing spectacular but then again it is!!
