Boil groundnut with salt for 2 mins and strain the water

Place under sun for 30mins

In a clean bowl, add sugar,milk and flavour, and dissolve with small qty of water

Break egg into a separate bowl and whisk thoroughly

Now incorporate the egg into the already dissolved milk solution
- 6
Pour groundnut into a big bowl and sprinkle flour on it
- 7
While adding the mixture and flour,you keep shaking the bowl rigorously to ensure even coating.

Place oil on fire and fry till it turns golden brown.
