    Take one large bowl.. Add besan, suji, curd, salt and eno..

    Mix these ingredients thoroughly and make batter..

    Now take microwave safe bowl and grease it with oil..

    Transfer batter to this microwave safe bowl..

    Put bowl in microwave and set the timer for 3 minutes..

    After 3 minutes take out the bowl..

    Now add sugar to boiling water and make a syrup.. Put this syrup onto dhokla..

    Put some ghee on heat.. Add mustard seeds to it.. When these start to crackle, turn off the burner..

    Put these seeds onto dhokla and garnish it with green chillies and some coriander..

  10. 10

    Cut dhokla into desired shape and serve it..
