Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbGround Beef
  2. 2 mediumPotatoes
  3. 1/2 mediumOnion
  4. 3 cloveGarlic
  5. 1/4 cupCilantro or Culantro
  6. 1 envelopeSazon
  7. 2 tspAdobo
  8. 1 dashBlack Pepper
  9. 1 dashGarlic powder
  10. 1 dashOnion Powder
  11. 1 canTomato Sauce
  12. 8 eachSpanish Olives
  13. 1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sauté onion, garlic and half of the cilantro/culantro

  2. 2

    Add ground beef and season with adobo, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

  3. 3

    Wash and peel potatoes, chop into small pieces

  4. 4

    Add potatoes and olives to browned meat

  5. 5

    Season with sazon packet and can of tomato sauce

  6. 6

    Add water and cover, simmer on low for 20 minutes

  7. 7

    Check to make sure potatoes are tender, top off with remaining cilantro/culantro and enjoy!
