Coconut rice and sardine sauce

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 250 mlcoconut milk
  2. 2 cupsrice
  3. 2large tomatos
  4. 10seeds of pepper
  5. small onions
  6. tinssardine
  7. cubesseasoning
  8. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Par boil rice and rinse then set aside. Add the coconut milk in the pot and add the seasoning and salt then pour in the par boiled rice and let it boil until dry and soft Add the blended tomato, pepper and onions in a pot and allow to boil until dry then add the sardine and seasoning cubes and let it simmer for 1 minute
