Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a frying pan then place seasoning into pot to simmer.

Mix coconut milk in cup then pour into pan with seasoning (onion, bell pepper etc.) and leave to cook for a few mins.

Then place fish into pot, cover pot and allow to steam for 30 mins to finish.
