Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscanned corn
  2. 1small onion chopped fine
  3. 1 pintdiced potatoes raw
  4. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  5. 1/4 teaspoonssalt
  6. 2 pintsmilk scald
  7. 1 cupboiling water
  8. Pepper
  9. Celery salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook onion in one half of butter to light brown drain

  2. 2

    Boil potatoes until tender drain

  3. 3

    Blend all ingredients add seasoning to taste

  4. 4

    If a thicker soup is desired blend 2 tablespoons of flour with little cold milk and stir into soup 10 minutes before serving.
