Ingredients

  1. 2 kggizzard
  2. 15pepper
  3. 2bulb onions
  4. 2 cupsveg oil
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 3knorr cube

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and spice gizzard and parboil for 20mins, turn off heat and set aside

    Wash pepper and roughly blend pepper without adding water, dice onions and set aside

  3. 3

    Heat up veg oil in a big frying pan and fry gizzard and drain; once you are done, reduce oil from frying pan and add onions after 3mins add pepper

    Fry for about 5 mins then add salt and knorr cube and then add fried gizzard and mix everything together,

    Allow it simmer for another 5 mins and turn off heat and serve
