Ingredients

  1. Goat meat
  2. shaki
  3. beef
  4. kpomo
  5. Fresh pepper
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. cubeknorr
  8. ginger
  9. Onion
  10. 1 tspMixed spices

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the goat meat, shaki, beef and kpomo in small pieces,rinse and boil with salt, onion and knorr cubes

  2. 2

    Allow it to cook for 40mins or till its very tender;

    Blend the fresh pepper with ginger. Add veg oil once its hot fry the meats except the kpomo, drain in a paper towel afterward,

    Reduce the oil then add onion and the blended fresh pepper then put in salt, knorr cube and mixed spices stir in the fried meat including the kpomo

  5. 5

    Taste and adjust ingredients if necessary; add any vegetable of your choice probably uziza or scent leaf and remove from heat

  6. 6

    Serve while its hot and enjoy with a good cold drink
