This is "STIR FRY" done my way. There are many stir fry sauces on the market, but most of them are too sweet for my taste. Sometimes I add a little garlic sauce at the end to spice it up and it's very good!

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1whole chicken breast
  2. 1/4 cupcooking oil
  3. 1 smallonion, chopped
  4. 1/2 cupCarrots, sliced
  5. 1/2 cupcelery, sliced
  6. 1 cupcauliflower, cut
  7. 1 cupbroccolli, cut
  8. 1 tspgarlic, minced
  9. 1 tbspLemon pepper
  10. 1 tbspChili Garlic sauce per skillet. (this hot sauce is optional)
  11. 4 ozFresh mushrooms, sliced
  12. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  13. 1 tbspworcestershire sauce
  14. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat cooking oil on medium high and stir in onions first, then chicken allowing the chicken to cook. Add garlic once chicken is done.

    Sir in vegetables next adding celery and carrots first.

    Then stir in cauliflower and Broccolli.

  4. 4

    Season stir fry with lemon pepper before adding sliced mushrooms .

    Add soy sauce and worcestershire sauce to the cup of water, then pour over stir fry.

    Bring liquid in stir fry to a boil, then cover with lid, and turn burner down to warm/low for 10 minutes before serving.

    Stir in chili garlic sauce at this point if you want to spice it up. (Optional) Beware . . . It's HOT, but oh so good!

    Serve over a bed of rice ( white or brown) of your choice.
