Ingredients

  1. 5medium sized peppers
  2. 10seeds of cocoyam
  3. 1 bunchoha soup
  4. 1/2kilo of goat meat
  5. 10seeds of fresh pepper
  6. 1medium sized stockfish
  7. 1/2milk cup of palmoil
  8. 1 cupcrayfish
  9. 3 cubesknor maggi
  10. to tastesalt
  11. 2 spoonspowdered ukpor

Cooking Instructions

    Boil your cocoyam for 10minutes till it tenders set aside

  2. 2

    Boil your meat for 5minutes and set aside.

    Pound your cocoyam in to smooth paste. Set aside

  4. 4

    In the meat stock, add your palm oil, crayfish, and washed stock fish and allow to soften,

  5. 5

    Add other ingredients and stir including the coconut paste

  6. 6

    Allow to heat for 10minutes

  7. 7

    Add your meat, and lastly the chopped Oha leaves and allow for 10minutes

  8. 8

    Your soup is ready.
