Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/4 kgokro
  2. 1/4 kgFresh meat
  3. 1 teaspoonUziza seed
  4. 2cksp Crayfish(grinded)
  5. 1cksp Palmoil
  6. 1Onion
  7. 3 cubesStock
  8. 3 piecesfresh pepper
  9. 1milk cup garri

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the okro and onion.beat both together very well.

  2. 2

    Boil the meat with onion,salt and stock cubes for 30minutes.

  3. 3

    Onces is boiled,put palmoil and water enough for the soup.as is boiling add crayfish,salt,Fresh pepper,stock cubes

  4. 4

    As is boiling very well put the uziza seed and stir very well.

  5. 5

    Taste the salt to make sure is ok or add more.is a simple soup

  6. 6

    Boil a cup and pour in a bowl,sprinkle the garri on it allow it to cool then turn with a wooden spartular
