Ingredients

  1. 2-3 TMargarine
  2. Halflb or so Mushrooms sliced or chopped
  3. Instant Mashed Potatoe Flakes (or left overs) for thickening
  4. Water and Milk
  5. Salt
  6. White pepper (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Large pan saute mushrooms on medium until margarine takes on mushroom color.

    Sprinkle a layer of potato flakes on top.

  3. 3

    Add water to soup consistency stir and heat.

  4. 4

    Add milk to your pleasure and warm.

  5. 5

    Salt and grind white peppercorns to taste.

  6. 6

    Makes enough. I heard mushrooms are good for thyroid during ups or downs. Enjoy!

    Stir and warm longer if not blended well 🍄
