I found this recipe in a cookbook and tried it out. I like it because it isn't too sweet and its quick and easy to make.

If you love chocolate this is for you. This is a recipe that is so easy you can not mess up. Plus you can add other ingredient's you like... walnuts, marshmellow, peanut butter (which I added) etc.I'm actually making more today for Easter dinner and candy for the kids tomorrow.

This has been my go to brownie since I started cooking, its quick, foolproof and still the best tasting fudge brownie I have ever had. Add milk, dark or white chocolate chips if you like, or nuts. This bownie makes an mazing brownie sundae with ice cream and strawberries, chocolate sauce and whipped cream! You can heat each brownie just a few seconds in the microwave for a warm fresh taste. They also freeze great!

I had made a sugar free fudge recipe. Although it tasted good, it failed to set. Rather than throwing it out, I added sour cream and eggs, turning my mistake into a successful dessert.
