  1. 1 cupCorriander Pasto
  2. 5 cloveGalic (for Corriander.P)
  3. 1 bunchCorriander(for Corriander.P)
  4. 15 gramsPine Nuts(for Corriander.P)
  5. 1/2 cupExtra virgin olive oil (for Corriander.P)
  6. 2 tbspGrated Parmesan Cheese (for Corriander.P)
  7. 6 smallChicken Legs

Cooking Instructions

    Blend slightly corriander,garlic,pine nuts,grated parmesan adding extra virgin olive oil.

    Put the slightly blended mixture i.e corriander pasto in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Put the chicken and marinate it.

  4. 4

    Add salt & crushed black pepper accordingly.

  5. 5

    (Optional) Grill it to conserve the juices of the chicken.

  6. 6

    Heat it in an oven better if a woodfire one in a mid temp around 250°F.

  7. 7

    Check chicken after around 6-8 mins if cooked and take it out.

    can be cooked using just a thick iron pan instead of the sticks.
