Cooking Instructions

Break the shells of the snails and wash very well with alum.put the clean snails in a pot pour in water to cover it.

Add stock cubes and chunks of onion,cover to boil top up more water after 30minutes.

Slice tomatoes,pepper and onion,pour in a pot and boil.boil till the water drys up and be stirring to avoid it getting burnt.

Onces the snail is done,remove the chunks of onion.
- 5
Pour in vegetable oil in the boiled pepper,fry for 5minutes.add salt to taste then pour in the snail and fry for another 5minutes.

Stir as is frying and is ready.
