Ingredients

  1. 2 cupgrounded melon
  2. 1 kgbeef
  3. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  4. 1 cupstock fish
  5. 1 bunchpumpkin leaf sliced
  6. 2 tablespooncrayfish ground
  7. 4knorr cube
  8. 6fresh pepper blended
  9. 1onion bulb blended

    Wash beef,stock with salt then boil with salt and knorr cube for 25min.

    Add pepper,onion,crayfish then for 5min. pour melon in a plate add one tablespoon water then mix very well it will become thick.

    Cut the egusi little by little into the pot to form lumps, after 2min scatter the lumps. Then add pumpkin leaf stir after 1min.

    Egusi soup is ready can be taken with pounded yam as seen in the picture above.
